Psychiatry
Charlotte Hagan, M.D. is a board-certified psychiatrist, who returned to Physician Associates of Virginia in 2022. She received her Bachelor of Arts degree from Barnard College in 1983, did post graduate pre-med work at Columbia University and received her Medicine degree from New York Medical College in 1986. She completed her residency training in adult and general psychiatry at New York Hospital and did fellowship work at the University of California. Dr. Hagan limits her practice to adult psychiatry.
